CRETE is providing property acquisition, environmental site assessment, and cleanup design support for a new gate complex at Terminal 3&4 at the Port of Tacoma. CRETE is supporting Moffatt & Nichol, building on previous collaborations at the Ports of Tacoma and Seattle. Work will commence in late 2016 with design in 2017 and cleanup and development in 2018.
