CRETE recently completed the design and permitting for an Oregon Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ) Tier II Stormwater Corrective Measure at a steel manufacturing facility in Portland, Oregon. Construction of an 850-foot bioretention and infiltration basin, a new pump station, and associated upgrades to existing storm sewers commenced last week. Work will be complete by the end of June to satisfy the Tier II implementation deadline.
